Hello thank you for being here,

My name is Melissa Jackson, I’m a mother of four and a guide for women journeying through the many changing seasons of life. With over 16 years of teaching experience I bring a blend of movement, mindfulness, and intuitive wisdom to all that I share.

I began teaching group fitness in 2009, later becoming a certified Level 2, 300hr Hatha Yoga and Children’s Yoga Teacher in 2012. I’m also a certified Health Coach with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (2014), Relaxation Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Reiki Colour Therapy Practitioner. I’m currently completing a Somatic Healing Coach Certification through My Vinyasa Practice Yoga School (2025), deepening my devotion to trauma-informed, body-based healing.

My classes are grounded in embodiment, not perfection. They are safe, inclusive, and non-religious spaces to reconnect with your inner knowing—whether through movement, stillness, breath, or silence. I believe we each carry the wisdom of the healer, the guru, and the shaman within us.

Healing and personal growth should never be a luxury reserved for the wealthy—they are your birthright.

My personal journey has been shaped by motherhood beginning in my early 30's and then continuing in my early 40's when I had two more children. I have been embracing and navigating the unique joys and challenges of raising neurodivergent children and this deeply lived experience has called me to create a space for other mothers, particularly those parenting through similar terrain.

My interests are many including but not limited to art, astrology, sacred geometry, metaphysics, and the unseen world of energy. I am forever a lover of learning and a student of life. I’m deeply inspired by nature and the changing seasons and as such I love exploring New Zealand's beautiful environment.

All of this weaves into how I live, love, and guide.
